Precautions before using the urea crusher
Before using the urea crusher, you need to pay attention to the following matters to ensure the safe operation and efficient production of the equipment:
1. Equipment inspection: Make sure that the motor has been sealed before leaving the factory, the coupling has been calibrated, and loosening is strictly prohibited. Check whether all parts of the equipment are intact, whether they are loose, damaged or lost. Clean the iron impurities on the permanent magnet cylinder and the permanent magnet plate of the crusher feeder regularly.
2. Safety and environment: The organic fertilizer equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation, other fixed horizontal surfaces, and fixed with bolts. Ensure that the power supply meets the equipment requirements to avoid voltage instability or leakage. Check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient and clean, and whether the seal is good.
3. Trial run: Perform a no-load test run before use to ensure that the equipment operates normally. Pay attention to the vibration and noise of the equipment during operation. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
4. Maintenance and care: Clean or replace the dust collector bag regularly to ensure good air permeability. Check the fineness of the crushed finished product regularly to ensure that it meets production requirements. Regularly check the wear of each wearing part and replace the seriously worn parts in time. The main shaft bearing should be filled with lubricating oil after every 40 hours of operation, and the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.
5. Operation specification: The operator should read the product manual carefully and understand the structural principle and operation procedures of the equipment. Avoid long-term overload operation of the equipment and pay attention to the operation status of the equipment.
Through the above steps, it can be ensured that the urea crusher is in good working condition before use, reduce equipment failures, and improve production efficiency and safety.
