Chicken manure and cow dung, which one is better for organic fertilizer

I believe everyone has felt this way: Vegetables grown in rural vegetable fields taste more natural, mainly because organic fertilizers are used in rural areas, chemical fertilizers are used in vegetable greenhouses, and organic fertilizers in rural areas are generally both straw and animal dung. So between the chicken dung and cow dung, who is better for organic fertilizer in rural areas?

Comparison of chicken manure and cow dung

First, let's talk about chicken manure. Chicken manure contains rich organic matter, which is good for crop growth. It also contains fiber and carbohydrates, but using chicken manure as fertilizer is basically more harmful than good because Chicken manure is acidic. If it is used too much, it will cause acidification of the soil, reduce the yield of crops, and may also cause the roots of crops to be corroded.

On the other hand, the yield of chicken manure is relatively small, and it is not realistic to use chicken manure to fertilize all of them, so generally straw is used as fertilizer first, and then chicken manure is used as additional fertilizer.

Let’s take a look at cow dung. Compared with chicken dung, cow dung has a lower nutritional value. Although it contains certain organic matter, the organic matter cannot be decomposed, and the oxygen and nitrogen contained in it are much lower than those of chicken manure.
However, cow dung has the advantage that chicken dung cannot be compared, that is, although it is relatively weak, it is mild in nature, and also has the characteristics of ventilation and ventilation, so it can be used on those with poor soil, which can improve the soil. The quality is generally used together with horse dung, and then adding an appropriate amount of phosphate rock powder inside, can make the fertilizer effect the best.

Equipment configuration of organic fertilizer production line

There are usually different configurations for organic fertilizer production line. There are three types of organic fertilizer equipment:

1. High configuration: chicken manure dehydrator, fermentation compost turner machine, semi-wet material crusher, horizontal mixer, fertilizer granulator, dryer, cooler, drum sifter, coating machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.

2. Middle configuration: fermentation equipment, semi-wet material crusher, horizontal mixer, rotary drum granulator, dryer, cooler, drum screening machine, packaging equipment, belt conveyor, etc.

3. Low configuration: fermentation equipment, semi-wet material grinder, horizontal mixer, fertilizer granulator machine, drum screener, packaging equipment.
