 As a core piece of equipment in an NPK blending fertilizer production line, the BB fertilizer mixer boasts strong adaptability to raw materials. Primarily designed for granular fertilizer raw materials, it is also compatible with some additives, meeting the needs of conventional BB fertilizer production. This equipment is best suited for dry, free-flowing single-element granular fertilizers, such as urea, diammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, and potassium sulfatecommon nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium raw materials. It achieves optimal mixing results for granules of uniform size and similar specific gravity, quickly achieving uniform blending without easily breaking the granules, ensuring the integrity of the finished fertilizer product's appearance.

For loose powders such as micronutrients and fillers added in small quantities, it can also be properly mixed, provided the proportions are appropriate, achieving a uniform distribution of nutrients. The equipment's reasonable structural design allows it to break up slightly agglomerated granular raw materials, eliminating the need for pre-crushing and enabling normal operation, thus broadening its applicability.

However, the BB fertilizer mixer also has certain raw material limitations. It is not suitable for materials with excessively high moisture content. Excessive moisture can easily lead to sticking to the walls, clumping, uneven mixing, or even material blockage. However, it is not suitable for high-viscosity materials, unfermented organic fertilizers, or wet raw materials such as sludge and wet manure. These materials will reduce mixing efficiency and affect the quality of the finished product. Furthermore, when mixing large amounts of fine powder or materials with significant differences in specific gravity, stratification and segregation are likely to occur, making it difficult to achieve the required uniformity.

Overall, the BB fertilizer mixer is primarily designed for use with dry granular fertilizers and has excellent adaptability to conventional blended fertilizer raw materials.
