Suggestions for Optimizing the Production Process of Biology organic Fertilizer Dryers

Optimizing the production process of biology organic fertilizer dryers can improve drying efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and retain live bacteria and organic matter, ensuring fertilizer quality.

First, ensure proper raw material pretreatment. After fermentation, the organic fertilizer should be crushed and screened to break up clumps, control particle size and initial moisture content, prevent material adhesion, increase the heating area, improve drying speed, and reduce drying energy consumption.

Second, optimize the structure and parameters of the fertilizer produciton machine. Replace the composite lifting plates to form a uniform material curtain, improving heat exchange efficiency; adjust the cylinder speed and tilt angle to reasonably control the material residence time. Improve the hot air system and add a waste heat recovery device to preheat the intake air with exhaust gas, reducing production costs and saving more than 20% in energy.

Then, implement a segmented constant-temperature drying process. Use low-temperature segmented drying: initially, remove surface moisture at a low temperature; in the middle stage, dehydrate at a constant temperature (60-75) to prevent loss of live bacteria and volatilization of organic matter; finally, use air cooling to prevent material re-moistening and ensure the finished product meets moisture standards.

Simultaneously, the intelligent control system was upgraded, equipped with online moisture and temperature monitoring devices, and variable frequency feeding and fans were adopted to ensure uniform material delivery and matched airflow, preventing material accumulation and over-drying, and stabilizing product quality.

Finally, daily operation and maintenance and environmental protection were strengthened. Accumulated dust and stuck material inside the drum are cleaned regularly, and equipment such as fans and bearings are inspected to reduce downtime due to malfunctions. Dust removal and deodorization equipment are installed to ensure emissions meet standards, achieving green production and improving the continuous operation capability and overall efficiency of the production line.
