The organic fertilizer capacity is 8-15 tons/hour, and the NPK compound fertilizer capacity is 10-20 tons/hour, with a maximum daily output of up to 320 tons, suitable for large-scale production for nationwide distribution.

Key Factors Affecting Capacity:

• Material characteristics: When the moisture content is 5%-15% and the crushing particle size is 80-100 mesh, the molding efficiency is highest, and the capacity can reach more than 90% of the rated value; materials with many impurities and poor plasticity will reduce the capacity by 20%-30%.

• Equipment parameters: The larger the roller width and the more reasonable the rotation speed of the double roller press granulator, the higher the capacity; the roller material (such as wear-resistant alloy steel) can reduce downtime for roller replacement, indirectly increasing effective capacity.

• Process configuration: Production lines equipped with automated batching and continuous screening equipment have a 30%-50% higher capacity than single-machine production.
