What to Pay Attention to in the Manufacturing of Double screws Compost Turning machine
In the manufacturing process of double screws compost turning machine, four key issues need to be carefully controlled: the processing accuracy of core components, assembly stability, material suitability, and safety protection design. The specific points are as follows:
1. Spiral Blade Processing and Welding: As a core working component, the spiral blades must be manufactured with strict control over the pitch and outer diameter tolerances according to the design parameters. Submerged arc welding and other processes should be used during welding to ensure weld strength and prevent defects such as slag inclusions and pores, thus preventing blade deformation or fracture during operation. At the same time, wear-resistant materials, such as high-manganese steel or wear-resistant alloy coatings, should be selected based on the characteristics of the fertilizer raw materials to improve the service life of the equipment.
2. Transmission System Assembly and Calibration: The double helix transmission mechanism (motor, reducer, transmission shaft) needs to be precisely aligned during assembly, controlling the coaxiality error. Otherwise, it can easily lead to abnormal noise during operation and increased component wear. After assembly, a no-load test run should be performed to test the speed matching and transmission stability, ensuring that power is evenly transmitted to the two spiral shafts.
3. Frame Structure Strength Control: The frame should be welded using national standard steel, and annealing treatment should be performed after welding to eliminate stress and prevent deformation during long-term heavy-duty operation. At the same time, the load-bearing capacity should be calculated based on the fertilizer produciton machine model, and the reinforcement layout should be reasonably designed to ensure the overall structural stability of the machine and prevent the machine body from shaking during composting operations.
4. Safety Protection and Detail Design: The equipment needs to be equipped with safety devices such as spiral blade protective guards and emergency stop switches; the hydraulic lifting system should be equipped with a pressure relief valve to prevent lifting overload; in addition, reasonable maintenance space should be reserved for convenient future maintenance.
