How to mix fertilizers together?
Compatibility is key when mixing fertilizers; the type of fertilizer and the crop's needs must be clearly defined first. For mass production, a horizontal fertilizer mixer is the core equipment. Its speed should be controlled at 20-30 rpm to allow for sufficient material convection and ensure uniform mixing. Small proportions of micronutrient fertilizers need to be premixed with a portion of the base fertilizer, then the mixture should be broken up and impurities removed using the pretreatment device of the fertilizer making machine to ensure uniform particle size (difference not exceeding 3mm) and avoid excessively high local concentrations.
Organic fertilizers must be fully decomposed before mixing with chemical fertilizers. When mixing with the horizontal fertilizer mixer, care must be taken to prevent undecomposed materials from reacting with the fertilizers and producing ammonia gas. When mixing slow-release and fast-acting fertilizers, the gentle stirring function of the fertilizer manufacturing machine can protect the slow-release coating; the ratio should be adjusted according to the crop cycle. After mixing, large particles should be removed by screening equipment. For short-term use, it can be directly loaded into the fertilization equipment; for long-term storage, it should be sealed and stored in a dry place to prevent clumping.
The entire process relies on the uniform mixing of the fertilizer horizontal mixer and the pretreatment and screening functions of the fertilizer manufacturing machine to achieve "adaptation, uniformity, and effectiveness," allowing the fertilizer to exert its maximum synergistic effect and provide balanced nutrition for crops.
