Precautions for Assembling an Organic Fertilizer Production Line
When assembling an organic fertilizer produciton line, pay attention to the following details:
1. Preliminary Preparation: Before installation, carefully inspect all components and parts to ensure they are intact. Select a suitable factory location, away from residential areas and in an upwind location. Each piece of organic fertilizer equipment should be numbered before arriving at the installation site, and an installation process flow card and schedule should be prepared.
2. Installation Process: From top to bottom, install the main unit and frame first, followed by connecting pipes and electrical equipment. The equipment should be installed on a level concrete foundation and secured with anchor bolts. During installation, ensure the main unit is perpendicular to the horizontal surface.
3. Post-Installation Commissioning: After all equipment is installed, each unit should undergo an empty-load test run. Only after normal operation can it be put into a loaded test run. Before the loaded test run, calibrate the electronic batching scale and packaging scale to meet the specified accuracy. The equipment can only be released for production use after eight hours of trouble-free loaded operation.
4. Safety and Maintenance: Pay attention to equipment lubrication. Regularly check the lubrication of bearings, gears, chains, and other components, and add grease or lubricant as needed. Keep equipment clean and dry, and avoid dust and moisture. Check wear on vulnerable parts and replace them promptly. Fermentation workshops must be equipped with ventilation systems and open flames are prohibited. The dryer temperature monitoring system must operate 24/7. Operators must wear masks, gloves, and protective clothing to avoid direct contact with fermentation materials.
These precautions will ensure smooth assembly and efficient operation of the organic fertilizer production line, while also ensuring safety and environmental protection during the production process.
