 To eliminate the safety hazards of organic fertilizer equipment, the following measures can be taken:

1. Establish and improve the production safety management system: formulate relevant systems and norms, clarify the responsibilities and authority of each post, ensure reasonable staffing and training of personnel, and improve safety awareness and emergency handling capacity.

2. Strengthen raw material management: strict screening and inspection of raw material sources of organic fertilizer, special identification and storage of toxic and harmful substances to avoid pollution and injury.

3. Production site management: Ensure that the production site of organic fertilizer production line is clean and ventilated to prevent ash accumulation and dirt from affecting the production process. Conduct regular safety checks to eliminate hidden dangers in time.

4. Physical security risk control: establish effective security fence and entrance control system to restrict the entry of unauthorized personnel; Regular inspection and maintenance of equipment safety performance; Equipped with standard fire extinguishing equipment, and implement safety identification management.

5. Equipment maintenance and cleaning: parts that are easy to rust or damage, especially valuable parts, should be unloaded and stored indoors, and separated by machine category to prevent deformation or damage.
