 In order to prevent rubber parts of organic fertilizer equipment from hardening or damage due to low temperature, the following measures can be taken:

1. Choose the right rubber material: For the low temperature environment, the rubber material with good low temperature resistance should be selected.

2. Optimize the sealing ring design: By improving the structural design of the sealing ring, such as increasing the ripple or lip, etc., to improve its sealing performance and wear resistance in low temperature environment.

3. Preheat installation: Preheat the sealing ring before installation to restore its flexibility and elasticity, facilitate installation and reduce the risk of damage.

4. Regular inspection and replacement: Rubber seals used in low temperature environments should be checked and replaced regularly to ensure that their performance is always in good condition.

5. Storage protection: For the storage of rubber parts, it is best to coat the rubber surface with hot paraffin oil, put it on the indoor shelf, cover it with paper, and keep it ventilated and dry from direct sunlight.

6. Prevent rubber aging: For storage methods, the front and rear Bridges of the locomotive should be jacked up with jacks or sleepers during the parking of the equipment to make the tires leave the ground and do not bear the load.

7. Insulation measures: By adding insulation materials around rubber products, the temperature of rubber can be slowed down, thereby reducing the occurrence of shrinkage.

8. Optimize the rubber formula: By adjusting the proportion and content of various components in the rubber, the nature of the rubber can be changed to make it more stable at low temperatures and not easy to shrink.

Through the above measures, the rubber parts of the organic fertilizer equipment can be effectively protected from damage in the low temperature environment, to ensure the normal operation of the organic fertilizer production line and extend the service life.
